Understand the board

Corrugated plastic has a hollow, fluted structure. Coroplast describes its branded material as twin-wall polypropylene developed for printing and display uses. “Coroplast” is a brand name; confirm the actual material and thickness specified for your MAGV order.

Choose a configuration

Decide whether approaching customers need to see one side or both sides. Match the stake to the board and its flute direction. Ask about other mounting arrangements when there is no suitable ground location. A lightweight promotional board and a permanent mounted sign solve different problems.

• Confirm the finished size and selected print sides.
• Verify whether stakes or other accessories are included or need to be added.
• Choose the arrow direction before approving artwork.

How signs are printed

Printing requires a surface and ink system that work together. Coroplast’s Print material is designed for digital and screen-print applications; this does not mean every ink or every board is interchangeable. The order specification and production method determine the final result.

Place it thoughtfully

Use permitted private-property locations with the owner’s approval. Keep walkways and sightlines clear, and check site restrictions before setting out signs. Follow the stake instructions and avoid digging or driving supports where underground services may be present. Inspect temporary signs after weather and remove them when the promotion ends.

Make a local campaign measurable

For a pressure-washing or lawn-service job, use the service name, a large phone number and a short web address. With the customer’s permission, photograph the completed job and matching sign. Record where each batch goes, then ask callers how they found you. Use a distinct code or landing page to compare areas without guessing at results.
