Information we collect
This policy describes how MAGV Agency (MAGV Graphics) handles information provided through our website, print orders, customer support and optional messaging services.
- Contact and account information: your name, email address, phone number, business details and delivery information when you provide them.
- Order and project information: products, quantities, selected options, quotes, artwork, images, files, proof approvals and information you send about a print project.
- Communications and preferences: messages exchanged with MAGV, your choices about order updates and promotional messages, and records of those choices.
- Website activity: technical information and activity associated with website visits, searches, selected products and interactions with our website tools.
How we use information
We use this information to provide account access, prepare quotes, process and fulfill print orders, review artwork, communicate about projects, offer customer support and operate our website.
When you choose to receive promotional messages, we use the contact information and preferences you provide for those messages. Signing up for order updates does not automatically sign you up for promotional texts.
Text messages and your privacy
SMS order updates and SMS promotional offers are separate, optional choices in your account’s “Stay in the loop” preferences. We use your mobile number and SMS consent information to manage the messaging choices you make.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Messaging providers process information needed to deliver requested texts and manage replies and opt-outs. These service operations do not authorize the provider to use your SMS consent information for its own marketing.

Providers that support our services
We use service providers for functions such as website hosting, payment processing, communications and delivery. Information related to those functions may be processed by the provider to support your account, order or requested communication.
When you follow a link to a third-party website or use a third-party payment or messaging service, that service’s privacy information also applies to its own handling of your data.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits to public product and shopping pages, products added to a cart, checkout starts, confirmed purchases and clicks that open WhatsApp. A WhatsApp click does not confirm that a conversation or purchase occurred.
Meta may receive product identifiers, purchase value and currency, public page paths, browser and advertising click identifiers, and technical information such as your IP address and browser. This helps us understand which ads lead to website activity. Our event payloads do not include your name, email, phone number, delivery address, artwork, payment session link or order number. We do not enable automatic matching of contact details.
Advertising measurement is separate from SMS and email preferences. We do not send SMS opt-in information to Meta. Staff and account pages are excluded. A verified payment sends a limited purchase event after the payment identifier is removed from the page address. Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
You can turn advertising measurement off for this browser below. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Your choice is saved on this browser; repeat it on other browsers or after clearing site storage.
Your choices
You can review and change your communication preferences in My orders after signing in. Texting preferences are separate from email preferences. Consent to receive texts is not required to make a purchase.
