These terms describe the use of MAGV Agency (MAGV Graphics) website communications and our optional text-message program. For a print order, review the product configuration, artwork, pricing and order information shown during your purchase or provided with your quote.

SMS Terms & Conditions
MAGV Agency (MAGV Graphics) offers optional text messages about print orders and optional promotional texts about MAGV products and offers.
Separate choices for different messages
- Order updates: select “Text me about my orders” for messages related to your order, such as production progress, proofs, pickup or shipping updates.
- Promotional offers: separately select “Text me MAGV offers” for MAGV product offers and promotions.
Opt-in is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Choosing order updates does not enroll you in promotional texts. Email offers are a separate preference.
How to opt in
Sign in to your MAGV account, open My orders, enter your mobile number in “Stay in the loop,” select the types of messages you want and choose “Save preferences.” You can review these choices in your account. Do not provide a number you do not own or have permission to use.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Order-message frequency depends on your order and related activity. Promotional messages depend on the offers you choose to receive. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact MAGV at 305-922-5365. Your account’s SMS preferences can be reviewed separately from your email choices.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. MAGV is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by mobile networks or messaging-service interruptions.
